Rapidly growing local Internet Service Provider is currently seeking qualified candidates to join the Pioneer Valley?s premier communications company on the Technical Support / Customer Service staff. The ideal Customer Support technician will possess strong technical abilities in a help desk environment for dialup and broadband connections. The successful candidate will also demonstrate an effective set of customer relations skills. Prior experience in the ISP industry a plus. This position is located in the STCC Technology Park, Springfield, MA.
