An Opportunity for meeting your staffing needs
I want share an exciting program that could help Hidden-Tech'ers meet their staffing needs. I am on the advisory board of a local "Clubhouse model" mental health facility focused on social and employment rehabilitation of individuals recovering from mental illness. These facilities, of which I know three in the Pioneer Valley (Forum House in Westfield, Star Light in Northampton and Lighthouse in Springfield) seek employment opportunities for their members. Part time, entry level positions are the most needed, but members have a wide range of skill levels and abilities, including technical skills and advanced degrees.
