So generally speaking, what are the current needs for computer programming in the Northampton area?
Is it difficult to find qualified local programmers or do we have a bunch of experts with idle keyboards, maybe watching the flowers grow?

I have heard various drums about cut backs, esp with the State
funding dropping indicating there will be more tech layoffs soon.

Basically this means there will be more tech people available.
