EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a new therapy that often

"emotional accupuncture" to drain the pain out of difficult memories
and personal issues (except that we don't use needles). EFT has

and physical healing. These include cases of trauma and abuse,

Workshop Details
At this 3 hour afternoon workshop you will learn how EFT works,

you can apply it in the heat of the moment to get immediate relief
in challenging situations.

I have come across since I became a therapist 12 years ago. I am
